Payment through the MorphMarket “Buy Now” feature is strongly preferred.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Credit card payments via Square invoice (sent by email upon request)
   
• Google Pay
   
• Cash App

• Venmo

• PayPal
   
• Cash (local, in-person transactions only)
   

Local in-person cash payments receive a 10% discount off the listed animal price.

Payment plans are offered on a case-by-case basis. Standard plans require:

• A 20% non-refundable deposit
   
• A duration of 30–60 days, depending on the animal’s value
   

Payment plan terms must be agreed upon prior to purchase. Please inquire for availability on a specific animal.

All sales are final.

All deposits and payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Failure to complete an agreed-upon payment plan within the specified timeframe will result in:

• Immediate forfeiture of the animal(s)
   
• Forfeiture of all payments made to date
   

We ship Monday through Wednesday, weather permitting, and strictly follow carrier terms of service and safety guidelines.

• Animals are shipped overnight via FedEx
   
• Shipments are held at the buyer’s nearest FedEx Ship Center for pickup
   
• Home delivery may be approved only if no FedEx Ship Center exists within one (1) hour driving distance
   

Flat-rate shipping applies only to the contiguous 48 United States.

All other shipping (including exports) will be quoted based on destination and carrier requirements.

Failure to retrieve the animal:

• Immediately upon home delivery, or
   
• Within 8 hours of FedEx hub arrival
   

will void the Live Arrival and Health Guarantee.

 It is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of and comply with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and ordinances governing the ownership and possession of reptiles. By purchasing from 319 Reptiles, the buyer affirms that the animal is legal to own in their jurisdiction. No refunds will be provided for purchases made in violation of applicable laws. 

Live Arrival & Health Guarantee

We provide a 100% Live Arrival and Health Guarantee.

• Any illness or death must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a refund or replacement
   
• Health issues reported within seven (7) days of delivery may qualify for a full or partial refund, store credit, or replacement at our discretion
   
• All cases are evaluated individually
   

Buyer must contact us immediately if any issue arises.

The long-term success of our animals is our top priority. We are always available to provide care guidance and troubleshooting support throughout the animal’s life.

All animals are 100% sex guaranteed.

Each animal is sexed multiple times prior to listing and shipping. Any discrepancies between the listing and the animal must be reported within seven (7) days of receipt for resolution.

• All animals listed as 100% het are guaranteed
   
• Shed testing will be clearly noted on the listing when applicable
   
• Shed test documentation will be provided upon request
   

Dominant, incomplete dominant, and co-dominant traits—especially in multi-gene combinations—can occasionally be difficult to identify with absolute certainty. We make every effort to identify genetics accurately, including consulting with trusted breeders when needed. However, unlisted traits may prove out later.

Pairing information is provided with every animal to help buyers understand potential genetic outcomes.

Local pickup is available by appointment only in or around Cedar Rapids, Iowa, or at a mutually agreed location.

• Cash payments for local pickup qualify for a 10% discount

Animals purchased through auction must be paid in full within 24 hours of the auction ending.

• No payment plans are available for auction animals

 By submitting payment, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to all policies outlined above.
